Role Description: The

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Senior must have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role as the Business Systems Analyst, you will engage in various levels of enterprise initiatives (strategic, tactical) with clients and stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements to systems requirements. This may require activities such as business requirements collection and definition, configuration of existing systems, development of new features/functions, customer training, and participation on projects to develop new technologies or deliver significant enhancements.
As the Business Systems Analyst, you must understand business systems; analyze areas of improvement; and work with colleagues to translate business requirements into technical plans and to ensure that business needs are met. You may also provide duties related to production support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems.

Must Have:
- At least at least 2 or 3 of the following: Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.
- Must have large corporate environment experience with Salesforce platform implementation experience.
- Previous healthcare domain experience preferred, not required.
- Any previous Contact Center experience is highly desired.
- Will consider a 100% remote Teleworker for these positions.
- Prefer a Degree and Salesforce Certifications.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Stable work history highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provides ongoing support for an assigned set of systems/technologies/capabilities (e.g., data mapping, configuration, queries).
- May serve as a SME for all (or most) components of a major system, understanding how the information is used and how the system(s) may need to be adapted to changes in business processes.
- Leads the requirements management process for a change request/enhancement or project, including documenting requirements and any changes (including user stories as appropriate).
- Provides production support for internally developed and vendor developed applications including researching problems, conducting root cause analyses, gap analysis, etc. typically those problems escalated from more junior team members.
- Act as liaison between the business and IS technical solutions/ support groups, leading the definition of functional requirements, explaining changes to business processes, and continually communicating status.
- Serves as an expert advisor to the IS team regarding the business to ensure the effort meets business needs.
- Research various information/data sources present complex information/data and recommendations to leadership.
- Leads elements of the change management processes.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process/system enhancement/improvement and escalates to management and the business as appropriate.
- Provides recommendations to users on appropriate solutions, along with guidance concerning the business implications of application development projects.
- Provides input and reviews test plans and scripts for completeness and accuracy.ovides guidance and technical knowledge to more junior team members.
- Leads efforts to define functional requirements and design innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.
- Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Capable of helping user clarify, develop, and plan for their current and future technology needs.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Eight (8) + years of relevant experience required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in implementing Salesforce application and CRM solutions in Healthcare industry in customer facing area with clear understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, limits and latest technical offerings.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with Service Cloud based Contact Center (esp. Case & Knowledge Management)
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with Experience Cloud for Self-Service
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Experience in Agile development methodology including product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, continuous integration, Test Driven Development and in Agile tools.
- Experience with Contact Center processes and Google Cloud Platform DialogFlow technology preferred.
- Experience capturing Salesforce specific requirements Security (Profiles and permission, UI, Functionality, Data access).
- Build user story template for who, what, how and when.
- Business Solution experience.
- Salesforce capability rationalization to business capability needs.
- Experience with Einstein based next-gen service capabilities and productivity capture is preferred.
- Health Cloud, Member Services is preferred.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
