We are seeking an energetic individual to join our team for the summer of 2019! You will work along side a stellar team and be given the insights you need to gain an edge in the property management field.
Responsibilities:
-Guide potential renters through the sales process
-Execute lease documents with renters
-Host open houses and other events
-Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
-Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
-Verify and disclose property facts to clients
-Understand market comps and surrounding areas
Qualifications:
-Positive Energy, fantastic attitude
-Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
