Property inspectors work remotely, traveling to surrounding homes and businesses to complete detailed inspections. Mueller completes many different types of reports including interior and exterior inspections, replacement cost, high value and commercial inspections. Additionally, we complete some specialty products that include job site surveys, flood, wind mitigation, wildfire and earthquake surveys.
Inspections usually consist of taking photos of hazards, measuring and diagraming structures on the property, and at times conducting interviews with policy holders or homeowners.

Equipment Requirements:
Smartphone, computer, and printer
Wi-Fi or high-speed internet
Reliable vehicleand be the insured driver on the policy
Valid drivers license
Business casual attire
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit/ stand and walk for long periods of time. Crouching, lifting light objects, and walking on uneven grounds is frequent.
Although this position does not require any previous experience, knowledge in the following areas are preferred: home construction/contracting, real estate, property valuation, HVAC, property maintenance or installation services, inspection services, property management, or similar.
Hours: PT (10-20 hours)
Coverage Area: Clinton, Clearfield, Cameron Counties (surrounding counties as needed)
Compensation: hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and weekly production bonus
