Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Technician
Job Description:
We are a reputable Engineering Manufacturer that is expanding our engineering team. We are seeking forward thinking Hands-On Technicians who will define the next evolution of our processing expertise. The candidate will support ceramic machining and next generation development of zero touch manufacturing line.
You are responsible for:
Working with manufacturing team to produce, test, inspect parts
Working with specialty materials that are grown on-site
Work with and report to engineering teams to ensure production schedules are being met, and product quality is being achieved.
Flexibility for working within different parts of the process.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
High School Diploma, Tech School, A.S. Degree in Engineering Technology is a plus but not needed
1-10 years experience in a manufacturing role (Operator/CNC/Technician/Inspector)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Comfort working with technical products, prototypes, etc
Working with CNC machines when necessary, no programming/setting
Experience with Ceramics manufacturing would be a huge plus
Experience with MS Office is required, EXCEL
Effective interpersonal skills and communication are a MUST
Leadership capabilities & attributes
U.S. Citizenship is required
