Job Description
Our fast-growing food retail company is currently seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional. Located in our Philadelphia, PA Headquarters location, the Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the CFO, and support the executive team and other stakeholders. We are looking for someone that has a strong desire for personal growth, as there is exponential opportunity for career advancement. The individual needs to be driven, agile and articulate and must have 3+ years of FP&A experience.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning
Coordinate the development of short and long-term business plans
Partner with business leaders to prepare, implement and track business plans
Provide decision support, ROI calculations and Cost Benefit analysis to support business expansion
Provide statistics & analytical reports to support both routine and ad-hoc business needs
Financial Reporting
Prepare and develop financial reports to support senior management and various internal and external stakeholders
Provide timely and accurate reports with actual performance versus budget, prior year and prior period data.
Develop, evolve and maintain Key Performance Indicators and dashboard
Assist with ad-hoc duties in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Accounting
Assist accounting department with monthly closing procedures and analyses
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computing, Finance or equivalent from a four-year College or University.
3+ years of budgeting, finance and forecast experience.
3+ years advanced working experience with Excel
Strong computer skills; ability to write/modify macros will be a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Detail oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
