Please note that we are currently working remotely during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We anticipate a partial return to the Horsham office when the Covid-19 Pandemic subsides
Responsibilities
Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
Handle multiple phone lines at the same time pleasantly and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote Covid-19 work)
Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Multi-language capability is not required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
This position is an on-site position only
Hours
Monday-Friday, with the potential of one weekend day. Shifts are 12-8:30PM, or 3-11:30PM
