Potential Discoveries is seeking a Behavior Analyst to work with children with various disabilities in both their home and school settings in the Delaware county area. Person should be willing and able to work directly with therapist and oversee the implementation of a specified individualized program.
***REQUIREMENTS****
**Masters degree in Psychology or related field
â¢BCBA or BCaBA certification or Behavior Specialist License
â¢Position requires experience with documented training in the field of behavioral modification techniques in school and home environments.
â¢Functional understanding of ABA principles.
â¢Develop treatment goals, protocols and data collection systems
â¢Summarize and analyze data
â¢Adjust treatment protocols based on data
â¢Evaluate client progress toward treatment goals
â¢Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals
â¢Ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols
â¢Report progress towards treatment goals
â¢Develop and oversee transition/discharge plan
â¢Attend client meetings when applicable
The Behavior Analyst agrees to obtain and maintain the following state and federal law requirements: Act 34 State Police Criminal Records Check, Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearances, PA Dept of Education Federal Fingerprinting Screening, CPR and First Aid and Section 1418(b) Tuberculosis screening.
