The Meridee Winters School of Music, a Main Line educational presence for the past 30 years, is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to assist us as our school and method continue to grow. A passion for education and/or music is essential.
About the role:
Our "backstage" team is made up of teachers who assist with logistics details as well. You would be working with and supporting other team members: the office team, the teacher team or leadership teams. Projects may include signup calls, scheduling, assembling promotional material, assisting with teacher meetings and other projects that may pop up.

Founded in 1990, the school’s groundbreaking curriculum is one of a kind in that it teaches creativity from the start – while other methods teach by rote/recall/reading only. What we are looking for:
-The ability to keep on track and get things done even when juggling multiple details.
-The ability to work well on a team.
-A passion for music, creativity and/or education
-Someone with a strong work ethic: we embrace fun, but work hard.
-Someone who is familiar with current technology (smart phones, tablets, printer/scanners, etc.), and has the ability to learn new technology and programs
-Someone with an outgoing personality who likes to organize, connect and talk on the phone.
-Someone who finds satisfaction in speedily putting puzzle pieces together. (You’d enjoy putting together a new schedule and matching time, location and availability.)

About the job:
Hours: Part Time - Exact schedule can be arranged upon hiring, and customized for the right individual. For vacations, we generally match the school year calendar for winter break, Thanksgiving, etc. with some flex in the summer for family vacations and travel.
Compensation: dependent on experience and responsibilities, not less than $20/hr
Requirements:
College degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
2 years (minimum) experience in a dynamic professional setting. Customer service experience is a plus.
