INTERN ARCHITECT
Looking for an intern architect or recent architectural graduate to assist a team effort in support of Residential and Commercial Project. The right candidate would be part of the team to support the growing development market of Philadelphia. Background in Residential and Commercial Project design projects is a not requirement for this position, but a plus. This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of Architects and Engineers and be responsible for the architectural leadership for multiple projects that may be scheduled concurrently. 1 years experience required.
Qualifications
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, Revit and Auto CAD a must
Excellent client management and customer service orientation and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to formulate sound and educated decisions based upon available information; strong self-confidence
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team
Ability to persuasively and visually communicate ideas
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with project personnel
