A healthcare company in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Network Engineer to work within their Cisco environment. They are looking for someone with strong expertise doing day to day Cisco Network Engineering as well as Network based projects, including upgrades and migrations. In this role, you will be working heavily with Cisco routers & switches as well as Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls. You will also be creating site to site VPNs and engineering other network solutions. They need someone who can hit the ground running and own the network for this organization.

This is a 15 person IT team and you will be supporting the network for over 650 employees. This is a great opportunity to get some leadership and training experience and really make an impact within an organization.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ Years' Experience in a Network Engineer Role
  • Strong Cisco Routing & Switching Experience
  • Expertise with Routing Protocols, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  • Strong Firewall Experience, Sonicwall, Fortinet
  • Network Monitoring Expertise, Nagios, Solarwinds
  • VPN Creation Experience
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Cisco Certifications, CCNA, CCNP
  • SDWAN or SDN Exposure
  • Scripting Experience
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, Azure AWS
  • Strong Understanding of Microsoft and Virtualization Technologies
