As assigned, the candidate will assistin managing relationships between the Payne and Milone laboratories with other academic laboratories and biopharmaceutical companies, and will participate in themanagement of intellectual property relationships in collaboration with the Penn Center for Innovation. Specifically, candidate will assist in all operational andtechnical issues relating to the research and translational activities engaged by Cabaletta Bio with the Milone and Payne labs, and ensure optimal communicationacross stakeholders. The Associate Director will participate in facility and contractual issues and will participate in budget management, planning and reporting forspecific projects assigned to the position.
