RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is searching for a Business Analysis Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and convey a clear understanding of the entire ecosystem of Nursing and Health Education digital solutions
Document those understandings and help to maintain them
Synthesize customer use cases and engineering team(s) feedback
Assist Product Manager with managing the platform roadmap, backlog, sprints, and supporting documentation
Support and champion platform capabilities to all stakeholders
Analyze the competitive landscape and develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and key use cases
Understand and keep on top of emerging educational and learning technology standards (IMS Global standards) and how they may be applied within the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (computer science, information sciences, or business related field preferred)
Minimum of 4 years of business analyst or product management experience with strong technical background working with platforms
Experience with LTI, LMSs, and educational technologies
Ability to understand technical systems across the educational software portfolio and communicate it clearly and knowledgeably to both technical and non- technical audiences
Keep current on new technologies to support new product development efforts
Be knowledgeable of technical tasks (API requests, running SQL queries, etc.)
Be comfortable with analytical, data-driven approaches
Experience assisting with the management of existing product(s) and releasing new products or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management
Meaningful engineering engagements that lead to positive software outcomes
Experience working with agile and iterative software projects
Excellent oral and writing communication skills
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud-native web services and analytics driven platforms
