Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their team. This is an ongoing long term contract role continually renewed every 6 months. There is potential to eventually convert to perm.

Position Description:


  • Business Analyst/Project Management role

  • Engaging in the software development process

  • Writing requirements

  • Leading agile sprints

  • Gathering the right people and writing requirements to push the agile process through

  • Informally testing to prove the connection is working

  • Partnering with the developers and guiding the testers through the testing phase

  • Possible exposure to client (client facing)


Required Skills:


  • 2+ years' experience in agile/scrum methodology

  • Degree in Project Management

    or an equivalent combination of education & experience

  • BA/ project management experience working in a technical environment

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and able to perform multiple tasks

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals

  • Ability to manage and align various project stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, web development, data deeds, integrations (more than coordinating or participating)

  • Strong experience and ability to write requirements

  • Ability to decipher business requirements into technical requirements

  • Experience with Agile methodology/compliance development SOPs

  • Regulatory compliance experience preferred or strong finance experience


Bonus Skill:


  • Experience with SQL-pulling data/lists from database
