Eligible patients meet the following:
○ People aged 18 to 65 years old
○ Diagnosis of moderate-to-severe MDD
○ Symptoms did not improve with the use of 2+ antidepressant treatments
○ On antidepressant therapy for at least 4 weeks before screening
○ Has not initiated new psychotherapy program for depressive symptoms in the last 3 months before screening
