CTS CM Program SpecialistThe Core Talent Services (CTS) Operations Management team strives to provide improved customer experiences by focusing on continuously improving the operational effectiveness, increased accuracy, efficiency, consistency and cost effectiveness in all CTS processes.Work you ll doThe program centralizes the management of external contractors and vendors to avoid risk, reduce spend, improve efficiency and enhance the quality of vendor relationships and their respective products and/or services. Under the direction of the CTS CM Manager and CTS VRM Leader, this Specialist role will manage day-to-day contractor and vendor requests. He/she will serve as the point person for stakeholders, TP s, and agency inquiries, tracking and fulfilling of requests using Salesforce, Fieldglass/Ascendify and participating in the development and deployment of process efficiencies. The Specialist will also connect and develop relationships with colleagues in Procurement, OGC, Risk, Talent and Finance. This position is focused on reporting 30% of the time.

Independently manage contractor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the selection, procurement, on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding of contractors

As an advocate to our business, work directly with Strategic Procurement Services, OGC, National Office of Independence and Risk on an as needed basis to secure third party, staff augmentation contracts and ensure all compliance activities are executed and tracked

Assist with the fulfillment for all 3rd party contractors, leveraging Strategic Procurement, OGC and Risk on an as needed basis

Assist with the fulfillment for 3rd party contractors leveraging our preferred vendor program

Review all intake requests in queue and actively address requests with the stakeholder groups. Triage the various requests and educate stakeholders on options based on their business needs

Facilitate Selection of TP Candidate with FSS

Contract Selected Candidates (e.g., CSA, MSA, SOW, Amendment, WCW)

Participate in RFPs/RFI s on the behalf of our stakeholders by collaborating with Strategic Procurement Services

Lead the effort to process the necessary on-boarding/offboarding tasks to ensure a seamless integration of contractors by collaborating with other CTS groups

Collaborate with India on onboarding, offboarding, invoice processing and maintenance

Manage the storage of program documentation and updating necessary tasks (i.e. SPS tracking, contracts, CSOF, Ascendify, Fieldglass)

Effectively communicate on opportunities with the CTS CM Manager

Leverage the SOPs and workflow within Fieldglass and Ascendify

Support CTS CM Manager in regards to vendor relations and correspondence

Independently manage day to day workload, documenting productivity metrics on a period basis

  • Reference #: 2754 Position Summary: IEM is looking to bring on a Full Time-Grant Management Specialist II (GMS II) who will support IEM\'s Team with its efforts, working hand-in-hand with the state /local government and private non-profit representatives to guide them through the Grants process. IEM\'s GMS II is responsible for assisting applicants with implementing and managingtheir Federal grants (BEAD or other grant programs) and providing grants-related assistance and service for IEM\'s management and staff. The GMS II has an intermediate level of proficiencyof demonstrated experience in applying the rules and regulations to situations encountered within the respective grant program they have prior experience with and has the required practical experience. The GMS II understands and can discuss the application and implication of changes to the rules and regulations and process changes within his/her areas of expertise. The GMS II must be capable of coaching the GMS I as well as assist in the development of reference and resource materials. Primary Location: Several possible states in which work will occur are Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oregon, and Kentucky however, more states may be added. To start up the project this will be a Remote and In Office role making it a Hybrid work schedule. In office days will be based on business needs and could range between 0 - 5 days a week.
