DescriptionThe Facilities Center of Excellence Program and Development team is the primary driver for content development and creation of standards, processes, tools and quality assurance measures for the Facilities Operations Excellence (OpX) team supporting the enterprise Facilities Operations. The Creative Program Manager will be responsible for the build of training and field focused supporting material for implementation and adherence to our standards and development of tools that enable enterprise-wide outcomes pertaining to overall Facilities Management. This position assesses content to ensure sustainability as well as incorporate continuous improvement measures to ensure quantifiable results.Responsibilities
Utilize design skills to produce highly creative and simplistic material for our frontline operations, as well as leadership, to train and implement Facilities Operational Excellence (OpX) standards and processes for all Market Sectors (Higher Education, K-12, Business & Industry, Healthcare, Sports & Entertainment)
Expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills to deliver playbooks, program slicks, announcements, brochures, internal communications, and other graphic design projects
Understanding of motion graphics and digital design a plus.
Assist in the integrity, coordination and organization of shared electronic files by managing the Facilities Managers Center intranet.
Supports the deployment and implementation of the Facilities OpX standards and processes for all Market Sectors through a partnership with Business Unit client groups and field based business leaders (RVPs, VPO, DMs)
Serves as a liaison with field based operation leaders and Enterprise Operational Excellence teams to leverage specialized expertise
Supports the implementation of Facilities OpX processes, programs and systems while aligning with the Sector's operating platform to produce performance and financial results
Proactively communicates and aligns with internal clients to help drive improved facilities management performance
Provide technical leadership and facilitation to the Facilities OpX Team to ensure standards and processes are executed consistently across the enterprise
Project manage multiple projects using Smart Sheet or other technologies to prioritize, plan, forecast and communicate to ensure on time and budget
Creates and communicates common metrics and definitions
Works out of Aramark Head Quarters in Philadelphia, PA
Reports to the Facilities Center of Excellence (FCOE) Director in Philadelphia.
Proficient in Adobe Create Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office, specifically Power Point and Word.
Ability to think creatively and approach a wide variety of projects from new angles.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
A positive, can-do attitude with a deep desire to constantly be looking to improve, better and grow the team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in working with diverse groups of individuals and building partnerships.
Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral
Exceptional judgment, integrity and discretion, and demonstrated ability to think strategically, and delivery tactically.
Ability to travel throughout the United States
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of professional experience. Works as a contributive team member with strong collaboration skills and inclusivity of various perspectives is essential to the role. Strong communication at all levels within the organization is not only required, but vital to success.
