Learn more at.Job DescriptionThe Director level Sales Executive - Healthcare Payer, is an individual contributor that will drive new business sales and predominantly new business from a number of assigned Healthcare Payer & Managed Care Organization (MCO) accounts.Key R esponsibilities:

Focused sales of Conduent’s CAPS/TPA SaaS and BPaaS healthcare offering through travel for face-to-face client meetings in assigned accounts.

Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and introduce solutions from Conduent’s collective portfolio to address current or anticipated needs. (Proven experience creating value for clients.)

Develop and maintain business relationships with senior level / c-suite executives.

Champion internal collaboration and coordinate resources necessary to execute on the identified client strategy.

Support all stages of the sales process, ultimately achieving or exceeding identified sales targets.

Participate in Account Planning activities and Quarterly Business Reviews. Act as a steward for good business.

Maintain accurate account detail in CRM (Salesforce.com) including keeping client contacts up-to-date, activities, opportunities and all documents relating to opportunities.

Experience Required:

5-10+ years of Business Process Outsourcing & Saas Sales experience in the Healthcare Payer and MCO industries.

5 + years’ experience in selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO/BPS) services to health plans and MCOs

Highly motivated sales professional with deep desire to succeed and grow professionally and financially.

Demonstrated success in new logo sales, building up an account and substantially growing the share of wallet.

Proven track record of finding and connecting with prospective business stakeholders and executives within target organizations.

Demonstrated business and financial acumen.

Strong business analytical skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Track record in closing complex BPS deals and building relationship with C-suite.

Innovative team player with the energy, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success. A professional who is respected for his/her leadership, intelligence and expertise.

Superb relationship builder, negotiator, and communicator.

Experience in Healthcare Payer, TPA, Claims Processing, Care Management, Call Center, Print, Provider Networks, and Member Services preferred.

Bachelor’s degree minimum, MBA a plus.
