Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent role by way of contract to hire.

This is an opportunity to help individuals with their technology needs, providing support and direction on how to navigate basic computer functions.

Position Description:


  • Level 1 phone, desktop and support to end users

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and cabling issues

  • Taking requests and making updates within a ticketing system

  • Administration for user-ids, groups and rights

  • Installing operating systems and application software

  • Local travel to client homes for equipment delivery when necessary (will be contactless delivery during pandemic)

  • Provide solutions to clients that are experience user errors and problems

  • Ensuring the resolution of client issues in a positive manner

  • Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and callbacks in a timely manner

  • Documenting all client interaction in the client record database according to program policies


Required Skills:


  • 2+ years Help Desk Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Self-Driven

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong verbal and written communication experience (technical and non-technical)
