Consumer food processor and distributor supplying foodservice, national and independent grocery retailers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with facility management in participating in multiple Human Resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, safety, training, record keeping, benefit administration, FMLA, performance management, policy implementation, communication, and employment law compliance.
Qualifications:
BS/BA.
5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist position in a manufacturing environment.
PHR / SHRM Certification preferred.
Experience with an HRIS system (Kronos experience is desired).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary $70 - 80K, merit increases, Health, Dental and Vision, 401(k), ETO.
