Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an Innovation Program Manager to join their team. This is a 6+ month fully remote contract role working an EST schedule.

This is an opportunity to support a large health care company's Technology Architecture & Innovation team, focusing on emerging technologies.



Position Description:


  • Participating in Innovation pipeline management activities (Monitoring tool where ideas are entered and Assessment of ideas)

  • Working with Innovation workshop facilitation

  • Design thinking style facilitation

  • Creative thinking and ideation

  • Idea management tool administration/support (use Spigit)

  • Analyzing data

  • Help support/manage workshop logistics - planning, scheduling, project management type support

  • Innovation material development - professional level slides for exec level business and IT consumption

  • Collaborating with IT teams and more engagements with the business,

  • Putting together exec level materials, architect strategy decks and broad strategy on how the company leverages new technologies, how they can be used

  • Creating and improving current content

  • Creating PowerPoint slides

  • Jointly facilitating with other Innovation team members

  • Goal is to inspire and influence business and IT teams to think and act innovatively to bring tech-led transformation to business strategy

  • Technologies explored and create strategy for includes AI, IoT, Blockchain, Immersive tech (AR/VR)

  • Running creative ideation sessions with business and architecture together




Required Skills:


  • 6+ experience working with executive level personnel (including developing executive level materials)

  • Experience communicating and presenting directly to the business

  • Experience managing tasks and managing projects on schedule

  • Experience with innovative idea generation

  • Experience with Leading Brainstorming sessions with cross cultural team

  • Experience and ability to understand how to assess a problem for its value (thinking about the end user and the value it's going to bring them)

  • Experience or knowledge of Innovation practices

  • Strong communication and project management skills (exp. managing schedules, admin work)

  • Emerging tech and healthcare background (innovation background)

  • Familiar with design thinking practice (does not need cert)

  • Experience with Idea management tool administration/support

  • Transformation of experiences for healthcare
