How you will helpYou will be responsible for internal technical support for all staff and IT infrastructure. This includes provisioning employee workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software challenges, and acting as a point of contact with regards to third-party service support. You will also be responsible for intake and inventory of hardware used at HealthVerity. Additionally, you will manage the maintenance and operation of internal office networks and connectivity including the office wifi, printers, A/V, and telephony equipment. Automation and documentation of these processes will be a key focus for this position.What you will do
Manage user accounts across several platforms (G Suite, Slack, Trello, Zoom)
Manage office infrastructure (Printers, WiFi, Telephony, A/V)
Maintain office hardware inventory
Troubleshoot MacOS issues
Assist employees with hardware needs (laptop repairs, keyboards, monitors, mice, etc)
Document procedures and implement established policies
Automate frequently occurring tasks

Interested in consumer technology
Detail oriented and pragmatic
Skilled at documenting process and procedure
Able to handle some off hours maintenance
Able to plan and execute changes across critical corporate infrastructure
Desired Skills and Experience
Network administration
MacOS administration
Familiarity with a broad range of consumer technologies and applications
Inventory Management is a plus
G Suite administration
Linux and shell scripting is a plus
Logging/monitoring is a plus
