Merakey is currently seeking a LPN PRN (as needed) to join our Merakey Behavioral Health division in our Philadelphia, PA location in Mt. Airy.POSITION OVERVIEWThe LPN Nurse will ensure standard precautions, incident management/critical event reporting, medication dispensing and storage and safety policies and procedures are followed. The LPN will work at various Merakey sites (residential and/or outpatient ) when the staff nurse is out due to sickness, vacation, or personal days.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Giving long acting injecitons

Working with individuals with serious mental illness

Adminster medications

Monitor vital signs

Assess for any phyisical illness
