One of our clients is a large IT services provider that offers cutting-edge and futuristic technology solutions built to help our customers increase productivity, enhance client responsiveness, and refocus their IT staff from troubleshooting and maintenance to high-value strategic initiatives and business-enhancing tasks that strengthen their competitive advantage. They are looking to hire a Managing Director of Manage services to help run their practice. In this role, you would have 13 direct reports and be on top of renewing logs, attending to emergencies, pushing agendas follow up with clients and monitoring systems. Furthermore, the ideal candidate would have strong strategy and road mapping skills.
