Our client in is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team.

Position Description:


  • Network Engineering including routing, switching and patching

  • Building network upgrades and configuring routers/switches regularly

  • Participation in on-call rotation

  • Ability to communicate with end users

  • Documentation, organization, prioritizing multiple pieces, keeping it very systematic approach for efficiency

  • Create templates and standardized process to avoid rework


Required Skills:


  • Network Engineering

  • Routing and Switching (configuring)

  • OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IGP, Layer 2, Layer 3

  • Very strong organizational skills

  • Network Certification a must (CCNA, or CCNP, or any Network Certification) - if experience but no certification, experience may qualify.


Bonus Skills:


  • Wireless - Cisco, Aruba, Meraki (any kind of wireless)

  • Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)

  • Industry experience

  • Any wireless network certification

  • Aruba ACMA certification or compatible Wireless Network certificatoin: This certification validates you have the foundational networking knowledge and skills required to design, set up and configure a basic Aruba Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) utilizing the AOS8 operating system architecture and features.

  • CWNA certification is a foundational level wireless LAN certification for the CWNP Program
