Description/Job SummaryRHD's Wister Street is a licensed Intensive Community Residential Facility providing services to individuals with chronic mental illness and concurring forensic involvement. The Program Manager will provide direct supervision to the Direct Support Professionals.Essential Duties and Functions:

Provide supervision to Direct Support Staff and Certified Peer Specialist

Provide on-call responsibilities

Ensure coverage of all shifts with adequate staffing

Respond to emergency assistance pertaining to residents and DSP s as needed

Ensure that the program is operating in compliance with 5310 Regulations

Ensure services meet the resident s in the following areas: legal, behavioral health, medical, vocational, educational and recreation services.

Facilitate Monthly Staff Meetings

Conduct Monthly Supervision with DSPs

Attend clinical meetings

Facility groups weekly DBT and Skills Groups

Attend Court Hearings

Works closely with members of administrative team regarding program development, residents concerns, policy and procedures and staff development

Qualifications:Candidate must possess a Bachelor s DegreeCandidate will have at least 4 years prior experience working with justice involved individuals living with mental health challenges.Candidate must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills w/ attention to detail, proficient verbal and written communication and documentation skills and the ability to perform multi-task.Candidate must have the ability to flex work/time schedule to meet varying needs of residents and/or program.Candidate must possess skills in supporting and implementing RHD s Corporate Values.Candidate must possess computer skills and the ability to navigate RHD s systems including but not limited to Lawson, Avatar and Cornerstone.Must posses a Valid Driver's LicenseResources for Human Development is an equal opportunity employer.
