Role and Responsibilities:
  • Liaises with Offshore & onsite team and Incident Manager counterparts at the client-side
  • Promote collaboration and team dynamics across TEL and client teams
  • Establish and monitor relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
  • Facilitate E2E coordination of critical incidents occurring in the client environment (Business applications and infrastructure)
  • Ensuring outages are E2E driven by maintaining authority during technical bridges for faster and successful resolution
  • Be involved in Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for domain-related incidents
  • Lead team on User Stories completion in sprints & interact with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met. Participate in Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective calls
  • Prepare and report project status to both TEL and client stakeholders
  • SLA & KPI Management
  • Manage financial health of the project (including billing and Invoicing)
  • Promote quality throughout service delivery based on TEL and industry standards for quality assurance
  • Anticipate and identify challenges and resolve them as they occur
  • Approach challenges and conflicts positively
  • Proactively manage decisions and risks associated with the project
  • Lead team meetings with TEL project teams and client project teams
  • Set direction for the project team in all aspects of service Delivery
  • Assume additional project responsibilities to ensure project and TEL success
  • Participate in business development activities as requested
  • The role may include part-time or full-time travel to client locations
