Senior A/V SpecialistTracking Code173483-105Job DescriptionBallard Spahr LLP a leading national law firm is accepting applications for a Senior A/V Specialist in our Philadelphia PA office. The Senior Audio Visual Specialist provides support for all video teleconferencing (Cisco and Polycom VTC endpoints), AV services (Audio and Web based conferencing), Collaboration technology (Webex, Team clients) and Voice systems (Cisco) throughout the firm. This position ensures that all collaboration technology and conference room equipment remains operational for end users through daily use.As A Senior Audio Visual Specialist, You WillSet up, monitor and provide ongoing support for AV, video recording and video conferencing services using Cisco TMS, CMS and cloud based services.

Support on-site multicast webcasting/content streaming on internal and external networks.

Coordinate AV logistics and set up audio visual equipment in accordance with scheduled events.

Troubleshoot video teleconferencing (VTC) endpoints and solve issues regarding conference room audio and video equipment.

Track all AV and VTC service requests by utilizing the Firm’s tracking and support system.

Resolve, document and follow up on customer related outages and incidents.

Maintain and track inventory of all AV and video services equipment.

Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on VTC systems and identify any equipment in need of corrective repairs.

Required SkillsThe selected individual will be self-motivated with strong customer service and team building skills, have an exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Solid communication skills and the ability to communicate with non-technical personnel are required. The ability to work independently, set priorities and manage multiple deadlines is essential. Required ExperienceThe Senior Audio Visual Specialist will have an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of A/V and Collaboration technology related experience or a combination of education and relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of experience with Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and knowledge of conference room scheduling systems (EMS, Rendezvous). The ability to travel to the firm's various offices for support, installation, training and maintenance services is required.
