Job Details

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our payment processing platform for contractors. In this role, you will:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy and roadmap
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends
Develop and manage product requirements, user stories, and product backlogs
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales efforts
Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform product enhancements and future development
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments industry or related field
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform product decisions
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to lead and manage product development efforts from ideation to launch
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
