The Accessibility Program Manager will work across cross-functional teams across the segment to create a strong organizational culture and capability for delivering accessible products and services as a competitive advantage. Serve as an advocate for users and customers of all abilities. This role will be responsible for establishing, improving, and communicating accessibility policies, procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with product development teams. The manager will also identify ways the business can engage with industry organizations and experts through thought leadership and strategic collaborations.

The Program Management role is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources, processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. As a subject matter expert in Program Management, this role will help with design, business process mapping and value stream mapping to ensure the project are aligned with strategic goals. The Program manager acts as an effective conduit between Product Owners, Portfolio Owners, Portfolio Manager, Product & Service Delivery Manager and Scrum Masters.
