Job Summary
The position of Senior Analyst, Media Analytics is responsible for assisting in the development, execution and overall strategy for Social Media Enablement at Xfinity. The position will include data analytics, reporting and Social listening for all Xfinity lines of business. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for working cross-functionally with various internal and external partners (including Enterprise Business Intelligence, MarCom, MarTech and our Agency partners) on roadmap development and execution. Candidate will possess a strong mix of traditional, digital and analytics experience. Responsibilities include working with marketing counterparts to align on data and reporting needs, aligning priorities among key stakeholders, developing Social listening queries and reports, as well as performing day to day analytics for Paid Social Media campaigns and co-developing Social Media reports with Creative Agencies, Performics and Spark Foundry.
