In our Americas Design & Consulting Services (DCS) business, we delivered 17% organic revenue growth in the second half of the year, which was driven by phenomenal results in our core transportation and water markets.THE OPPORTUNITYThe National Wastewater Strategic Growth Leader will ideally be based out of any AECOM office. This is an attractive career opportunity to serve in a key leadership role within AECOM’s dynamic, high growth, fast-paced culture in which high performing teams flourish. In this role you will report to the Senior Vice President, Global Wastewater Technical Practice and Market Sector Leader.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe National Wastewater Strategy & Growth Leader will help lead the business development, capture and accelerated growth of the wastewater business in North and South America.

Support the development and implementation of the firm’s wastewater strategic plan

Interact and build relationships with clients and their technology experts

Support development of client and pursuit capture plans

Serve as part of the business development team for key project pursuits

Participate in client interview preparation and delivery

Work with the Technical experts to develop innovated solutions for wastewater treatment pursuits

Work with the Regional Market Sector leads and Client Account Managers to identify opportunities early and develop strategy to capture

Continuously build a strong professional network through personal contacts, conference planning and strategy development, WEF/IWA committee participation etc.

Work with people in multiple geographic areas determining program objectives and requirements

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 12 YORE or AA/AS (US) + 14 YORE or Diploma/Certificate (Canada) + 14 YORE or HS/GED + 16 YORE; all including a minimum of four years of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years Water & Wastewater Engineering Consulting experience
