This person will manage Business Analysts. This manager is responsible for participating in the screening, interviewing and hiring process of analysts. Duties include developing, and coaching other analysts. BA managers are responsible for the support of the analyst department including strategy of roles, maintaining onboarding materials, training, and will possess an understanding of the bigger picture of the company and where BAs fit in. This includes the ability to creatively evolve the roles and duties to provide the most value to the company, with the deliverables which need to be met. This role will also include maintaining analyst duties of an assigned Feature Team or Release Support Team. Minimum 2 years experience with people management and having direct reports
Minimum 2 years experience as a product owner or business analyst
Working knowledge of Agile SCRUM practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Requires little supervision
Thrives in collaborative approach to innovation
Knowledge of SAFe methodology is a plus
Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry is a plus
