The Program Management role is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources, processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. As a subject matter expert in Program Management, this role will help with design, business process mapping and value stream mapping to ensure the project are aligned with strategic goals. The Program manager acts as an effective conduit between Product Owners, Portfolio Owners, Portfolio Manager, Product & Service Delivery Manager and Scrum Masters. There are 4 Program Manager roles with focus on program delivery related to critical phases of our associate journey – 1 - Plan, Attract & Hire, 2- Onboarding, Development & Engage, 3 - Pay, Rewards & Transition, and 4 – Enablement (Data, Reporting, GHRSS, HRCG).
