Software/Integration Analyst
HighPoint\'s professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Software/Integration Analyst contributes to HighPoint by implementing technical solutions in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.

Provide technical leadership in designing architectural solutions and translating product and business requirements into engineering requirements; translate business needs into technical requirements that are used for solution development and testing; develop architectural solutions wikis; develop solutions, based on new intake and change requests, for front-end and back-end applications, systems design, systems integration, API design, and web services and technologies, using Convergence, XM POR, Modular, Dotcom, XOE, Playbook, and ACP; identify risks, issues, dependencies, system impacts, and capability impacts of intakes and change requests; develop NoSQL and SQL databases to analyze Big Data; design Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF and Zachman frameworks; deploy software in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, and ensure cloud security; design solutions using DevOps tools and methodologies, Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence; perform technical project management; identify features with offer impacts in collaboration with the Offer Strategy & Solutions (OSS) team, and assign software development leads accordingly; analyze existing system capabilities to develop Gap Analysis; create Use Case grids for new features; review requirements, UX, and Use Cases with stakeholders; design optimized solutions for product requirements and enhancements; create program features in Rally and add clear acceptance criteria; lead technical discussions, review solutions with development leads and platform architects, and drive solutions to closure; define and document solutions; support development teams regarding questions or clarifications; review QA Test Cases and coordinate with E2E and Release Management to deliver features; and guide and mentor junior-level analysts.

Join our team as an Analyst/Senior Analyst with the Macquarie Asset Management Compliance group in New York or Philadelphia. This business-aligned compliance role is part of the Risk Management Group and will support divisions within Macquarie Asset Management, including: Real Assets (including Green Investments), Real Estate, Credit, Equities and Multi-Asset, and Solutions.

What role will you play?
Working closely with senior members of the team, you will assist with all aspects of the compliance program required for Macquarie Asset Management SEC-registered investment advisers, with an emphasis on reviewing marketing material, providing staff training and various elements of the 206(4)-7 annual testing and monitoring program. You will assess the impact of material regulatory developments throughout the Americas and assist in implementation of new policies, procedures, and controls. You will also review new product/business approvals and help to coordinate regulatory examinations.
