Very successful established pizza shop is expanding to include a 60 seat BYOB Italian restaurant.
Looking for a Chef
Must have many years of experience SPECIALIZING in traditional old school Italian dishes.
Must be well versed in ALL aspects of running a kitchen
Must improve and expanding our existing menu.
Needs to train existing kitchen staff. (Spanish speaking a plus)
Must work nights and weekends.
No line cooks or Chefs with general culinary experience need apply
