Metropolitan Bakery is seeking a cook to join our Fishtown commissary kitchen team. One year volume production kitchen experience is required. Responsibilities include preparation of: soups, salads, sandwiches, savory pies, housemade cheeses and spreads for Metropolitan Bakery & Café. Serve safe certification is preferred. We are looking for someone who can work well with others as well as independently. This is a full time, day time position, 6am to 3pm, 5 shifts a week, must be available weekends.
