Restaurant bar in the Manayunk Roxborough area is looking to hire a cook or Kitchen Manager.
We have a small but growing business in a great location and are taking things to the next level. Must have a strong work ethic and really care to do a great job. Experience, care, cleanliness, and a lot of motivation is required. We prefer really good situations with long term potential so, nice people only, please.

Menu creation and pricing
Cost control, ordering and reporting
Quality control
Scheduling, hiring and training employees
Must be able to plan events and manage the staffing and serving and prep required
Gourmet pizza and delivery / take out experience
Serve Safe Certified
Event menu creation and pricing. Able to manage small event food production and run the regular menu in the same kitchen.
Close to public transportation
Flexible schedule
Full-Time or Part-Time available
