A Taste of Britain has excellent career opportunities for individuals that have a true passion for food and an unrelenting drive to provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.
The growth that we are experiencing means new opportunity for Back of House professionals on our Line.
We're looking for experienced, friendly and knowledgeable BOH professionals who have a passion for hospitality. We want people with a positive attitude, who will take pride and ownership in consistently providing our guests with a delightful experience.
You'll work in a fast paced, team-oriented, guest-centric environment to provide an outstanding guest experience by demonstrating your top notch skills on our line.
Although we're big on training and development, this is not an entry level position. We prefer at least a year of kitchen experience or a culinary degree. Our ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of successfully demonstrating the following qualifications:
Commitment to outstanding guest experience
Experience on a fast paced line
Service station preparation and organization
Compliance with nutritional and safety regulations
Warm and friendly personality, but professional demeanor
Able to multi-task in a face paced environment
Ability to demonstrate grace under pressure
Sense of ownership and responsibility
Enjoys interacting with other staff and guests
Knowledge of, or interest in British food, British culture and teas is a big plus!
