PARC is currently on the search for a skilled full-time Pastry Cook for our beautiful French brasserie restaurant in Rittenhouse.
Qualified candidates will be:
- Passionate in their approach to executing a fine-tuned French brasserie pastry menu
- Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to stand on your feet in a tight space while having fun working with true pastry professionals
Qualified candidates will have:
- 1+ year of overall pastry experience and good knowledge of ice creams, cakes and everything in between
- Experience plating desserts in a high-volume kitchen
- Degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university highly preferred
