Our organization is looking for a full-time and part-time positions to join the team. Top-tier Line Cooks and Front Counter positions are needed and are required to have solid experience in fast paced, high volume, quick-serve kitchens preferably in full menu pizzerias. Applicants that demonstrate the skills required for these positions will be compensated above the industry average. Qualified candidates must be able to commute to Prospect Park (South East Delaware County, next to Phila airport).
1. Line Cook - Previous experience of working in a quick serve restaurant. Skilled grill & fryer person is desired but not limited to only those positions. Candidates who can meet or excel in this position will be compensated at above average industry hourly salaries. Exceptional candidates will earn even higher if they demonstrate they are top-tier skilled cooks.
Cooking experience including experience as a grill line cook, line chef or prep cook
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy in executing tasks
Understanding of cooking methods and equipment
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Physical endurance to stand for entire shift
Self-motivated and self-directed
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
2. Front Counter - Previous experience of 1+ years working in a quick serve restaurant setting is preferred but not necessary. Ability to assist the front counter in phone/walk-in order taking, GrubHub orders, dispatching delivery drivers. Packing orders and assisting the front counter lead person in expediting pickup and delivery orders. Work with colleagues to replenish depleted condiments, sauces, desserts, packaging etc.
