GO Properties is a Demolition and Cleanout company seeking a laborer on a subcontractor basis. The successful applicant will work as a laborer/helper on our demolition and clean-out projects.
Applicants should have:
Construction experience is a plus
Own transportation (A vehicle that can tow is ideal but not required)
Valid Driver’s License
Clean background
Smartphone
Good communication skills (English speaking)
Clean appearance
Skilled in:
o Demo
o General Labor
As this is a subcontractor position, we will work with you to obtain the proper licenses/insurance. If you already have PA HIC License and Insurance, this is a major plus and please mention it in your correspondence with us.
