Immediately seeking qualified crewmen/forepersons for established, well-respected lawn maintenance and tree-installation company in Northeast Philadelphia. This is a full-time/seasonal position.

Duties/Requirements:
Prepare for assigned work by reviewing requests; organization of crews; extensive documentation of duties, progress and inventory.
Maintain equipment, vehicles and tools, by performing preventive maintenance within crew.
Maintain and document outdoor appearance of grounds based on requests.
Initiate and execute orderly operations by cleaning shop area, vehicles and grounds.
Enhance grounds management and organization reputation by accepting ownership for completing requests/orders.
Structure crews based on performance of laborers, and keep accountability records of their duties.
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience working in a crew of (2-6) laborers in the professional landscape business is necessary.
A valid PA driver's license with clean driving record is REQUIRED! Do not contact us if you do not have a driver's license.
Basic safety, equipment maintenance, and planning and documentation skills are necessary.
Quality focus, good energy level, attention to detail and dependability are necessary.
Drug tests will be administered to all applicants, no exceptions.
Other:
Applicants must be available to work at least 4 days a week, at least 8-10 hours a day.
You must currently have or attain a medical card to operate vehicles for our company. If you do not already have one, forms will be provided before you are hired so that you may get it.
Compensation:
Negotiable based on qualifications/experience.
