Lapstone LLC is a small, but rapidly growing general contracting company that specializes in real estate development. Our firm takes on large-scale rehabs and new construction projects throughout the city of Philadelphia.
Management is looking to add laborers to our team that have a minimum of two years of experience working in the industry. A broad knowledge of all aspects of finish work is preferred. For example, but not limited to, (Painting, drywall work, framing, carpentry, door and window installations, tile work, etc.)
More importantly, management is looking for the following qualities in a potential hire:
Reliability—having your own transportation is paramount, along with being on-time. Being physically present does not translate to being reliable. Being reliable is exhibiting effort mentally and physically to solve difficult tasks at work.
Work-Ethic— The real estate industry in Philadelphia is extremely fast-paced and requires general contractors to maximize results with small time windows. This means that all employees of Lapstone LLC must work diligently to outperform our competition and achieve the best results.
Desire— At Lapstone LLC, we are a small team of dedicated individuals who are all trying to succeed in our mission. Our mission is to grow as a company, but more importantly, shift towards larger development projects. We promote from within, and it is our goal to fill this position with someone who sees themselves moving up through our company to more important and recognized positions.
