I need contractors to go to my 3PL distribution center on S Jennersville Road in West Grove PA, pick up between 4 and 13 of my lockers (look at photo of lockers), and then install lockers into buildings in the Philadelphia area that are scheduled for installs. (I will provide manifest upon hire)
Contractors must understand some buildings do not have loading dock, thus Uhaul with lift gate is necessary. Must be able to carry lockers up or down a flight of stairs. Must be able to problem solve, call property manager and be independent.
Contractors must be understanding of the complexities of delivery and install. There will be times where Uhaul will need to be moved after a delivery however prior to installation.
NOTE: This project requires 2 people. I am looking to build long term relationship with the right crew. We have approximately 1500 lockers being installed over the next 12 months. Payment has to be Credit Card, AND I am not looking for cheap service, I am looking for high quality and reliable service.
Please email me with an hourly wage, include the Uhual/Enterprise rental of 14, 15, or 17 foot truck. Assume minimum 4 hour work day, but can exceed 9 hours on heavy days.
