Dooley-Pyne is seeking experienced independent subcontractors to join our snow-removal team for the 2025–2026 winter season. Work is as-needed, based on snow events. This is a great opportunity for operators looking for reliable, flexible winter work.

Pay
$38/hr for truck & equipment operators
Fast, dependable payment
Responsibilities
Plowing, salting, and snow removal with trucks, skid loaders, or backhoes
Arriving on time and ready for dispatch during storms
Following site maps, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
What We’re Looking For
Experienced operators with reliable equipment
Availability during snow events (late nights, early mornings, weekends as needed)
Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
Good communication during operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial or HOA snow operations
Access to a plow truck, skid loader, or backhoe
Ability to respond quickly during storms
