Want to work in a friendly, family atmosphere. Paramount Signs currently has a position open for an experienced sign designer/sign production person to join our small, growing team. Sign production experience necessary in order to be considered
Requirements:
- SIGN PRODUCTION/FABRICATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Positive attitude, patience, ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Multi-Tasking strongly required
- Friendly personality
- Must be able to work with all types of clients
- Must be able to produce attractive, professional designs in a timely manner
with a strong understanding of sign layout and design
- Must have a sound knowledge and experience with basic production of signs
- Knowledge of basic color theory in the printing industry
- Familiarity with advanced techniques in vinyl plotting & wide format printing
- Knowledge of printers. Ability to troubleshoot (basic) printer issues.
- Must be able to lift 50-75lbs. to load media into printer.
- Social media marketing a plus
- Work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills a must
- Ability to help clients in a timely manner
- Design and produce vehicle wraps, from setting up templates to the printing
process
- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Onyx. Other software (and web
experience) a plus
Duties include:
Sign Design * Production of signs*Digital Printing * Vinyl Plotting * Light installations
- Share cleaning duties with co-workers
- Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines
- Ability to shift into different positions when required
