Full-Time Direct Care Workers for Residential Care Workers for Community Living Arrangement homes in Montgomery and Delaware counties for persons with Autism, Intellectual disabled and multi-disabled adults.
Residential job's primary function is to provide direct care and supervise consumers in activities of daily living in Residential setting.
Shifts vary, Monday-Friday from 8am -4pm ,3:30PM-11:30PM and 11PM-8:30AM, Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8AM-8PM and 8PM - 8:30am.
Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license in state of residence, a safe driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.

Complete all Pre-Employment training
21 years old or older
PA Criminal Clearance, (we conduct before hiring)
CPR and First Aid (current)
Physical and TB (current within one year)
Must have FBI clearance if resided outside of PA in the past 2 years
Valid Driver’s License
