We are a jewelry company that is growing rapidly and in an immediate need of a bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative/personal assistant that will go above and beyond what is asked. This person will work directly with the owner of the company. Our company has a very casual yet professional atmosphere and we can promise that every day is different and unique; you will definitely be kept on your toes!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Organization of owner’s office
Running errands
Making appointments
Creating a weekly schedule with reminders
Handle client details with the owner
Inventory control on sales floor (includes everything from inputting new inventory to keeping daily
track of inventory and retagging)
Create and package boxes along with keeping track of daily incoming and outgoing shipments
Day-to-day internal and external operations with our diamond dealers and jewelry setters
Handle purchase orders for sales associates and for the owner directly
Assist owner with internal communication with custom jewelry design team by checking on daily
status of projects to explaining which projects need to be completed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
OUTGOING AND AMBITIOUS
Quick learner
Highly organized
Computer savy
Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
Proactive and self-motivated
Team-player
Experience in a similar position is a plus
Experience in the jewelry industry is also a plus
