Jamison Home Services is seeking a candidate to support the administrative / project assistant team.
Responsibilities include:
handle incoming phone calls
maintain contact with existing client base using Act! software
set appointments for field estimators
draft proposals based on copy provided by estimators
maintain proposal files
generate customer invoices
other general administrative functions
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a contractor in a similar capacity.
