LaFrance Corp is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our Account Services Team. Candidates must be highly motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

The Customer Service Role

The Customer Services Representative works with the Account Teams and the Customer to provide on-time manufacture and delivery of branding products.

Detailed responsibilities include:

• Processing customers’ purchase orders and various customer requests

• Must be capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels

• Candidates must be very professional and well-spoken over the phone

• Will communicate and coordinate with internal team members to support required results

• Will maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Will update and maintain customer information in customer service database

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, and Word

• Detail-oriented individual

• Must quickly learn and be comfortable navigating customer web portals
